Manual press for crimping air conditioning hoses 

The air conditioning crimper allows crimping of fittings on car air conditioning hoses using a manual hydraulic pump. This makes the operation light, fast, and precise. The model presented here with a built-in manual pump is the most popular air conditioning hose crimper model. 

Special opening head

The special opening head allows crimping of angled and bent tubes that would not fit into a standard hydraulic hose crimper. The head is made of aluminium. Excellent for field use. The entire set is packed in a handy case measuring 23cmx17cmx13cm

7 sets of crimping jaws 

The crimper has 7 sets of crimping jaws designed for typical air conditioning hoses (thin-walled and thick-walled). Adapted to sizes #6 (5/16"), #8 (13/32"), #10 (1/2") and #12 (5/8") and to 3 intermediate sizes (usually found in Japanese cars). The crimper allows crimping of hoses with internal diameters DN08, DN10, DN13, DN16 - it crimps both thin-walled and thick-walled hoses.

A crimper is essential in every professional workshop dealing with the repair of air conditioning hoses. Together with the crimper, we provide a detailed hose crimping instruction. The instruction informs which jaws should be selected for a specific hose size. The set includes 7 sizes of jaws marked with colours - each colour corresponds to jaws for a specific hose size. Please remember that this crimper is intended for air conditioning hoses - it cannot be used for crimping hydraulic hoses > for this purpose, steel manual crimpers are intended.
