What Are Cookies Used For?

Cookies are used to store information about users who visit a website, in order to display relevant content in the future. They are used to store user sessions (after login), so the user does not need to log in on every visit or every page of the service.
Cookies help with form completion and remembering user-selected settings on the website. They are also used for security purposes, such as tracking forgery attempts or unauthorized login attempts within web services. Additionally, cookies are used to generate anonymous visitor statistics, excluding personal identification of the user (for monitoring visitor activity).

What Cookies Do We Use on Our Website?

On our website, we use three types of cookies: session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies.

Session cookies (also known as memory cookies or transient cookies) exist in temporary memory only while the user is reading and navigating the site. Web browsers typically delete session cookies when the user closes the browser.
Persistent cookies remain after user sessions. They are stored for the maximum time set in the cookie settings in the user's web browser.
Third-party cookies are cookies set by domains different from the one shown in the address bar. We use third-party cookies from services such as Google, YouTube, and Facebook.
