Personal Data We Process

The collection of your personal data is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide you with the highest quality experience regarding our services and the use of our website.

Thus, the personal data we process may include: name, surname, home address, phone number, email address, username and password, client code, clothing size, and employer name.

How We Collect Personal Data

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for awarding prizes as part of sales/marketing campaigns conducted by us. If you do not provide the above personal data, the data controller will be unable to award the prizes related to the campaigns. Your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the end of the commercial relationship under which the campaigns were conducted.

We will delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when you withdraw your consent (if the processing is based on consent), except where processing is required by law or we are otherwise entitled to continue processing. We may also retain your personal data for an additional period if immediate deletion would require overwriting our backup and disaster recovery systems.

Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing

Since you have the right to know the purpose of processing your personal data, we will inform you before processing your data for any purpose other than the one for which it was originally collected.
