The provision of data is necessary to respond to the contact request, the application or to send a response to the offer to the e-mail address or telephone number indicated. The personal data will be processed for the purpose of contacting in relation to the requested services (the request or the submitted offer) in accordance with the provisions of art. 5 para. (5) let. e) of Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova and, where applicable, art. 6 para. (1) let. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 - GDPR) and for the defense against possible complaints.
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to respond to the request and to defend against any claims. Each person has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and data transfer. data controller may transfer personal data to the European Economic Area ("EEA") in accordance with art. 32 para. (2) of Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and outside the EEA to other countries. The data will be transferred based on an adequacy decision of the National Center for Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the European Commission - standard contractual clauses concluded between the data controller and the entity located outside the EEA.
