The CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED 2 EV charger receives (via Modbus communication) the measured power from the energy meter and adjusts the charging power to the vehicle depending on what is available at the moment. The energy meter is installed in the home's distribution board and connected to the CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED 2 EV charger using a standard Ethernet cable (Ethernet cable is not included in the set).
- One electricity meter (max. 65 A) with an integrated RJ45 connector (The energy meter must be installed on the power supply).
- One separate RJ45 connector that the electrician connects to the control unit in the EV charger.
