Adapter - a dispenser designed for filling off-road, agricultural, and industrial vehicle tyres with liquid through a 16 mm valve socket. The adapter is essential in the process of weighting the tyre. The adapter consists of a hose, a valve adapter with a vent, and a dispenser with a nipple for a 13 mm diameter hose. Filling tyres with liquid is a very economical solution. It is very often used in the wheels of agricultural machines due to the weighting of the rear wheels. A major advantage is also better traction and good machine stability if the wheel is weighted with liquid. Application: Filling off-road, agricultural, and industrial vehicle tyres with liquid. Instructions for use: Position the wheel so that the valve is at the top of the tyre. Unscrew the valve core, then insert the entire hose into the tyre through the valve and screw the adapter onto the valve. The dispenser with the nipple, previously crimped into the hose and connected to the liquid supply source, is screwed onto the adapter. Fill the tyre with liquid up to 75% of the tyre's volume. It is very important not to exceed the recommended amount for safety reasons. The pressure in the tyre increases during operation and may lead to tyre damage. After filling the tyre with liquid, remove the adapter, screw in the core, and inflate the tyre with air. Very important: Filling the wheel with liquid is only possible if the steel cord is fully covered with a rubber layer. We can fill tyres 100% only if we work in positive temperatures. In negative temperatures, the tyre should be filled with a mixture.
