One touch of the screen to start the service

It's simple, thanks to the 10-inch or 7-inch color touchscreen, AndroidTM operating system, and main service desktop where users select the appropriate vehicle maintenance operations and easily start them.

It's fast, because the navigation menu is intuitive and provides all key functions on the homepage, allowing for proper precision and ensuring service success in just a few steps.

It's smart, because the station uses advanced communication, allowing it to automatically update, receive remote technical support, and connect with other devices such as printers or smartphones. It also uses a search algorithm that identifies the vehicle in an extensive database by keywords, thus avoiding the classic brand and model selection.

The interface's task was to gather all the information needed by users on one screen during the A/C system service. In just a few steps, we move from initial station start-up activities to performing the service.

The clear menu, available on a large screen, minimizes the number of operations required. The "Smart Model Selection" search mode also allows for the selection of the serviced vehicle by entering one or more keywords.

The exceptional practicality of the KONFORT TOUCH line and its clever user solutions also result from the use of Wi-Fi connectivity for operations such as:

• printing reports in A4 format
• downloading software and firmware updates in real-time
• using remote technical support
• connecting to the myTEXA portal
• connecting to the KONFORT mobile app

The Bluetooth module also allows the station to connect with various accessories, such as an air conditioning performance kit.

There is also a USB port available for backing up service reports and the entire system. This solution is very useful for installing software updates when the workshop does not have a Wi-Fi network.

In addition to the integrated thermal printer, KONFORT TOUCH, using a Wi-Fi network, allows for printing service reports in A4 format on any printer connected to the workshop's internet network.

Thanks to a special application, KONFORT stations can communicate with smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems, giving the mechanic the ability to remotely view the progress of work related to the servicing and refilling of vehicle air conditioning systems.

The technician is notified of any irregularities and informed when the service is completed. Furthermore, the new application allows for efficient management of service data even when the station is turned off.

A workshop purchasing the KONFORT TOUCH station is assured of using not only a technologically advanced product but also continuous TEXA service support.

To use it, simply connect the station to the workshop's Wi-Fi network, access the Software Interface Applications page, and select Remote Assistance. From this point, send a request to the TEXA technical department, which will remotely take control of KONFORT TOUCH to perform a review in collaboration with the mechanic present in the workshop.

The service technician will be able, for example, to activate the station, check its operating status and any generated errors, calibrate the weight, check the solenoid valve assembly, and much more.
