Fast-drying agent based on synthetic resins designed to protect car bodies from the harmful effects of chemical (petrol, oil, water, and salt) and mechanical factors. It creates a strong, flexible layer resistant to stone impacts. It has sound-absorbing and noise-dampening properties. Does not contain asphalts and bitumens. Can be covered with any acrylic paints.
Substrates
The product shows very good adhesion to various types of substrates.
It can be applied on:
- polyester laminates
- polyester fillers
- epoxy primers
- 2K acrylic primers
- steel substrates
- aluminium substrates
- stainless steel substrates
- galvanised substrates
- wash primers
- plastics
Good surface preparation guarantees better car body repair results.
Polyester laminates should be degreased, dry sanded (P80-P120), and degreased again. Polyester filler should be degreased and dry sanded (P120). Stainless material should be degreased. Steel surface should be degreased, dry sanded (P80 – P120), and degreased again. Aluminium and galvanised surfaces should be degreased, matted with abrasive cloth, and degreased again. Old coatings should be degreased, dry sanded (P220 – P280), and degreased again. Plastic surface should be cleaned with water and detergent, matted with abrasive cloth, and degreased again. We recommend heating the plastic element to a temperature of 500°C to facilitate the removal of any silicones from the surface.
Application:
- Best application temperature: 15-25°C.
- Best application temperature: 15-25°C.
- Shake the bottle for 2 minutes before use and try spraying on cardboard first.
- Spray the surface from a distance of about 25-30 cm. Apply 2-3 layers of the agent within 2-5 minutes. Shake the bottle before the next layer.
- After use, clean the spray nozzle! – Holding the can with the valve facing down, press the button to release the contents for about 5 seconds.
- In case of direct application on a steel surface, it is recommended to apply a top layer of paint or enamel.
