2-Component Polyurethane Protective Agent with Structural Effect.

Advantages

• The product has excellent chemical resistance (oil, petrol, water, salt) and mechanical resistance (scratches, stains)
• Resistant to weather conditions (UV filters) and corrosion (anti-corrosion agents).
• Can be used on various substrates.
• It can be applied with a UBS underbody gun and a conventional gravity-fed gun, as well as by pneumatic spraying with bottom feed.

The product can be applied to the following substrates:

• Steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium – apply after pre-sanding the surface with sandpaper of grit from P180 to P320 or cleaning the surface by abrasive blasting to a cleanliness degree of Sa 2 ½ according to PN-ISO 12944-4. To increase anti-corrosion protection and adhesion, it is recommended to apply Rangers on epoxy or reactive primers (Wash Primer) Troton.
• Polyester laminates - sand with P180 grit paper or Troton abrasive fleece, blow off, degrease (Silicone Remover Troton).
• Polyester fillers - sand with grit paper from P120 to P240, blow off, degrease (Silicone Remover Troton).
• Plastics - degrease (Silicone Remover Troton), sand with P240 grit paper or Troton abrasive fleece, degrease (Silicone Remover Troton), use Plastic Primer Troton to increase adhesion. Due to the diversity of plastics, perform an adhesion test.

WARNING!

Do not apply the agent on single-component 1K primers. Instead, use a two-component 2K acrylic or epoxy primer or an etching primer. Do not apply the RANGERS product directly on raw factory coatings or raw coatings of aftermarket body parts.
