DOCTOR START 630 12/24V is a multifunctional electronic charger for comprehensive service of WET lead-acid, GEL, AGM with fiberglass mat (MF maintenance-free, spiral, for Start-Stop systems) batteries, and for supporting operations in service stations and car showrooms. DOCTOR START is a multifunctional device designed for: automatic charging and maintenance with PULSE-TRONIC technology, testing the battery, starting current, and alternator, assisting in vehicle starting, desulfation, and battery regeneration. It is also a source of stable voltage during battery replacement, programming, diagnostic activities, and during work in car showrooms.

The 8-step charging process ensures optimal battery charging conditions: CHECK (checking the battery charge status, verifying the correctness of the set voltage), DESULFATION (detecting and regenerating sulfated batteries), ANALYSIS (battery status analysis allows detecting a faulty battery), MAIN CHARGE (with maximum current to reach an 80% charge state), FINAL CHARGE (with decreasing current to reach 100% charge), CHECK (checking operation, verifying if the battery maintains the charge state), MAINTENANCE (charging with constant voltage), PULSE (pulse regeneration).

CHARGING

- CHARGE AUTO – automatic charging: automatic current selection during charging and maintenance depending on battery capacity

- CHARGE MAN – charging, manual settings: individual settings for battery type, charging current, or capacity (Ah)

- MAINTAIN – maintenance charging: pulse charging through PULSE TRONIC technology

- MONITOR – charging status control: continuous monitoring of charging phases

- BOOST – fast charging and automatic transition to maintenance phase when charging is complete

- COLD – cold battery charging function: optimizes charging at very low temperatures (low temperatures can adversely affect the chemical structure of battery components)

- SILENT – silent operation function: quiet charging with reduced current to avoid disturbing silence with fan operation

REGENERATION

- DESULFATION – desulfation: pulse regeneration process of sulfated batteries allows removing sulfates from lead plates and results in battery capacity recovery

- EQUALIZATION – equalization: specific function for periodic maintenance to restore the optimal status of WET or AGM batteries by mixing elements

POWER SUPPLY
