Putty super-light with fiberglass galvanized metal, steel
Index: 0RS006-1L
PROFIRS Putty super-light with fiberglass 1l, intended use: galvanized metal, steel; colour: Yellow
GLASS LIGHT FILLER: 0RS006-1L
Super light filler with fibreglass. It features a creamy consistency that allows easy modelling in layers of 2 - 4 mm and sanding with high grit abrasive materials. The possibility of using higher grit abrasive materials (coarse sanding P120 - P150) and the adjusted hardness of the filler to paint coatings eliminates the formation of transitions between the filler and the repaired surface. Thanks to this, the filler can also be used directly under the filling primer. The filler is particularly intended for repairing large, very damaged surfaces.
For filling irregularities on steel, aluminium, galvanised and polyester-glass surfaces. Intended for manual and machine processing with dry abrasive materials, it does not clog sandpaper during sanding. It can be easily modelled even on surfaces with complex shapes, even when applying thicker layers. It has very good adhesion to the substrate, and is used, among other things, to reinforce the surface weakened after bodywork repair, increasing the mechanical strength of the repaired element.
Method of use:
The repaired substrate must be clean, dry, degreased and matted. Thoroughly mix the filler mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for approx. 5 min. at 20 oC - higher temperature shortens the product's life and accelerates the curing process.
WARNING: Overdosing the hardener may cause discolouration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 oC.
