Putty with fiberglass aluminium, galvanized metal, steel 1kg
Index: 0RS007-1KG
PROFIRS Putty with fiberglass 1kg, intended use: aluminium, galvanized metal, steel; colour: Green
GLASS FILLER GREEN: 0RS007-0.5KG, 0RS007-1.8KG, 0RS007-1KG
Characteristics:
Filler with fibreglass. It is characterised by particular ease of modelling and sanding with high grit abrasives. The possibility of using higher grit abrasives (coarse sanding P120 - P150) and the adjusted hardness of the filler to the paint coatings eliminates the formation of transitions between the filler and the repaired surface. Thanks to this, the filler can also be used directly under the filling primer. For filling irregularities on steel, aluminium, and polyester-glass surfaces. Intended for manual and machine processing with dry abrasives. It can be easily modelled even on surfaces with complex shapes, even when applying thicker layers. It does not clog sandpaper during sanding. It has very good adhesion to the substrate, and is used, among other things, to reinforce the surface weakened after bodywork repair, increasing the mechanical strength of the repaired element.
Method of use:
The repaired substrate must be clean, dry, degreased, and matt. Thoroughly mix the filler mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for about 5 minutes at 20 oC - higher temperature shortens the product's life and accelerates the curing process.
NOTE: Overdosing the hardener may cause discolouration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 oC.
