Anti-Corrosive Filling Putty 0RS022-1L
Characteristics:
Multifunctional lightweight anti-corrosive putty. Contains a combination of lightweight fillers and eco-friendly, zinc-free anti-corrosive pigments. The putty provides very good substrate wetting, is easy to apply, and gives a smooth, pore-free coating even in thicker layers. Suitable for filling larger gaps as well as for minor repairs. Adheres to all metal surfaces (steel, galvanized steel, aluminium) and polyester laminates.
Usage:
The substrate to be repaired must be clean, dry, degreased, and sanded. Thoroughly mix the putty mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for about 3 - 5 min. at 20°C – higher temperatures shorten the product's life and accelerate the curing process.
NOTE: Overdosing the hardener may cause discolouration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15oC. Do not apply directly on reactive primers and single-component acrylic products.
