Pneumatic Door Skin Folding Tool

The device allows for a reduction in the time needed to fold simple and slightly contoured body edges.
It can be successfully used for edges 8 cm long and without limitations for longer ones.
The device folds the door skin edge and clamps it between a hardened steel clamping head and a nylon pad adjusted to the edge thickness.

• A powerful pneumatic motor with a planetary reduction gearbox reduces speed and allows for the maximum range of folding head movements.
• The tool's design allows it to work around most bodywork's internal and external curves.
• The use of a thick-walled body and exhaust silencer results in ease of use and smooth, quiet operation.
