Device for axial run-out measurement, intended use: brake discs
The device allows for the measurement of disassembled discs (without bearings) precisely in terms of lateral runout and thickness tolerance. The measurement enables perfect bearing of the device and polished surfaces for disc placement. The disc is perfectly centered thanks to a special button. Measurement of small discs is also possible. A small dial gauge (division 0.01 mm) is already included in the delivery. The sensor allows for the measurement of all discs, including ATE power discs.
