Volkswagen Tool Kit for Wet Double Clutches from the Volkswagen Group This tool kit is required to perform professional replacement of the wet double clutches in DQ 250, 380/81 and DQ 500 6-speed and 7-speed transmissions from the Volkswagen Group. It contains all of the tools necessary for removing the double clutch from the transmission and installing it in the transmission, and also includes the measuring tools needed to perform the necessary adjustments on the double clutch. A basic tool kit is not required.

The special LuK tool (no.: 400 0540 10) is essential for the correct installation/removal of the wet dual clutch in 6-speed and 7-speed gearboxes.

 

Due to limited space, the dual clutch cannot be manually disassembled and reassembled in the housing. Therefore, the set includes two specialised tools.

 

The locator ensures professional seating of the dual clutch. Unlike other tools, our set is designed so that one person can carry out a professional repair. After installation, the axial clearance of the clutch module should be set using the shims included in the LuK RepSet 2CT. All measuring tools are included in the set.
