GD PRO-S compressors are the latest technological solution in the segment of piston compressors. The new pump design has allowed for a noise reduction to 66dBA by using the highest quality materials, a large air intake, and a new generation valve plate.
By redesigning the drive wheels and belts cover, better airflow has been achieved, which translates into more efficient cooling of the pump and improved performance, and in combination with a powder-coated tank, it creates an efficient pumping set that meets the requirements of the European Union and UDT.

Additionally, the improved heat distribution system effectively prevents the pump from overheating, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the device.
ELECTRIC MOTOR
The electric motor used in GD PRO-S is characterized by high-class IP55 insulation, providing excellent protection against dust and water.
Adapted for continuous operation according to class S1, it guarantees the reliability and efficiency of the compressor even with long-term use.
EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM
The highly efficient cooling system consists of an effective pulley fan, intercylinder coolers, and an improved belt and drive wheel cover, ensuring optimal heat dissipation and increasing the durability of the device.
PRESSURE SWITCH
The pressure switch (presostat) with thermal protection and a no-load start system provides full protection for the electric motor and allows for a gentle start of the device.
Thanks to thermal protection, the switch protects the motor from overheating and damage, which increases its durability and reliability. The no-load start system minimizes motor load during startup, reducing component wear and the risk of failure.
BELT DRIVE
The belt drive allows for precise and easy adjustment of the power transmission system, ensuring reliability and work efficiency.
