Control Panel L26S

The EVERTHDVT SMART compressor is equipped with a new generation microprocessor control panel L26S.
This solution allows for easy and clear operation of the device, the system automatically detects operational irregularities and displays the type of fault.
In case of a threat of compressor damage, it automatically shuts down the device. It informs the user about the compressor's operating mode.

  • Control panel L26S features an alphanumeric LCD display
  • Messages regarding compressor operation are provided in 8 languages (Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese)
  • Integrated clock allows setting 3 work schedules for one day of the week

Soundproof Enclosure

The enclosure of the EVERTHDVT SMART screw compressor has a compact design, made with high precision.
Sound-insulating panels installed inside the enclosure along with the compressor's structural system, have enabled achieving a noise barrier of 68 [dBA], which is one of the best results in this class of compressors.

Galvanized Tank

The compressed air tank galvanized (inside/outside) allows storing already compressed air, ensuring it is always ready for use.
Anti-corrosion protection compliant with PN-EN ISO-1461 ensures trouble-free use of the compressor, without fear of air leaks.

The pressure tank is covered by a 10-year warranty.

Available Upgrades at Production Stage

Control Panel GP40-PRO-5G + Internet Cloud LTE/5G

The position includes replacing the standard control panel in the compressor at the production stage with the GP40-PRO-5G model with a built-in Internet/GSM module..
GP40-PRO-5G is equipped with a large, clear, 4.3" capacitive touch screen covered with tempered glass.
In addition to the features of the standard solution, the upgrade also includes:

  • Internal Internet/GSM module for connection to Internet/Cloud LTE/5G allowing remote control and monitoring of the compressor status
  • Possibility to connect the compressor in a cascade as a master device (Master)
  • Messages regarding compressor operation are provided in 8 languages (Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese)
  • Integrated clock allows setting 3 work schedules for one day of the week
  • RS485 / Modbus RTU port allows connecting the compressor to a computer for monitoring the device's operation or management systems, such as BMS

Internet Cloud LTE/5G provides access to an online profile. Through stationary and mobile devices, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, we have the ability to control the entire compressor operation 24h/7 from anywhere in the world. Moreover, this system is fully secured against threats from the network.

This solution assumes remote control of connected screw compressors. At any time, it is possible to review the alarm log and check if the compressor has not failed. Access to the counter, the so-called service clock, is also enabled, where, among other things, the compressor's operating time, filter replacement time, or the remaining hours until the next service inspection are displayed.

The integrated system allows changing device parameters such as: working pressure, ON/OFF programming, or work time schedule. Remote access provides the ability to configure machine parameters or obtain current system information.

What is a frequency inverter and what is it used for?

In general, a frequency inverter is an electronic device designed to convert alternating current energy with a constant voltage amplitude and constant frequency into energy with a variable frequency and variable voltage amplitude. A frequency inverter is a device used for smooth speed control of electric motors while maintaining their best operational parameters.

The use of a frequency inverter in our screw compressors has allowed for very good regulatory properties of induction motors, ensuring, with proper control, full motor torque at low rotational speeds while maintaining constant pressure in the compressed air network with variable outflow.

Each screw compressor with a frequency converter has the ability to adjust the speed in the range of 50% to 100%, and consequently also in this range of efficiency. The stepless speed control system of the compressor is the most economical way of regulation. The main advantages compared to traditionally controlled compressors are lower electricity consumption and maintaining constant set pressure in the compressed air network.

Automatic Condensate Ejector

An essential system in modern condensate management. The automatic check valve, electromagnetically controlled based on continuous measurements of the condensate level in the tank, opens as needed and causes continuous condensate discharge from the compressed air system without pressure loss.

HOW IS CONDENSATE FORMED?

Condensate is formed during the cooling process of compressed air below the dew point temperature. Water vapor accumulated in the compressed air reaches saturation and begins to condense into water. Larger water droplets accumulate in the lower regions of the system, while small droplets are carried by the compressed air to receivers, threatening the safety of the entire system. In modern compressed air systems, condensate management is standard.
