Professional Screw Compressors EVERT-X Series
Screw compressors EVERT series X are high-quality devices for professional use at a very reasonable price. Models in this series are supplied in a tank version and with an integrated refrigerant dryer, making them complete devices ready for use immediately after connecting to the electrical network.
The direct drive transferred from the motor to the screw block significantly reduces the device's vibration level and eliminates energy losses associated with drive transmission. Direct drive results in energy savings of about 4% compared to belt drive. This solution is maintenance-free due to the elimination of the need to check the tension of V-belts and their replacement.
A larger screw block used in this series means lower rotations, allowing the device to operate continuously. Lower rotations also mean lower temperature and noise levels.
The intelligent cooling system controls the fan's operation. A series of sensors efficiently use the fan only when necessary and adjust the power of its operation. This solution adequately protects the compressor but also optimises electricity consumption and maintains the temperature at an appropriate level.
