We care about your convenience, which is why the EVERT X series compressors are intuitive to operate and trouble-free in daily use. The operation of the variable speed drive is thanks to the frequency converter, which allows changing the rotational speed of the electric motor, adjusting the drive motor speed to the conditions resulting from the demand for compressed air. The advantage of variable speed drives is the ability to provide the compressor with a wide range of performance regulation (from 20% to 100%). This eliminates idle operation, translating into savings in operating costs.
Direct Drive "Direct Driven" 1:1
The innovative "Direct Driven" drive installed in the compressor allows 100% transfer of motor power to the compression system. This is a distinguishing feature of the EVERT X series compressors. The drive does not have additional transmission elements, such as wheels or V-belts, reducing power losses and the need for their cyclical replacements. The use of Direct Drive "Direct Driven" enabled the creation of a rigid and compact design of the integrated motor and screw module, which significantly reduced the vibration level of the compressor. Thanks to the innovative direct drive, electricity consumption is over 4% lower compared to other solutions.
Single-Stage Screw Module
Precisely profiled "X" type screw rotors with oil injection form an exceptionally efficient and energy-saving compression unit. Asymmetrically rotating rotors with an elongated design mesh with the highest accuracy, which increases the final efficiency of the module. The single-stage screw module used in the EVERT-X 5.5 IVR screw compressor will guarantee the continuity of your plant's operation.
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
The EVERT-X 5.5 IVR compressor is equipped with a drive unit with an energy efficiency class of IE3 (according to IEC 60034-30-1 standard, equivalent to the Polish standard PN-EN 60034-30-1) - Premium Class. The motor is characterized by a high power factor and low dissipation power level. It can operate over a wide frequency range (from 1 to 200Hz), making it very suitable for use with an inverter. High torque, resistance to loads and temperature make the EVERT-IVR motor durable and intended for continuous operation. The combined design of the screw module and motor has led to the elimination of the need for bearings in the motor, significantly reducing future maintenance costs.
Modern generation of IVR inverters
IVR inverters installed in the EVERT-X 5.5IVR screw compressor are characterized by low energy consumption and a wide frequency range they achieve. Electromagnetic compatibility (regardless of frequency) is guaranteed by built-in EMC reverse filters. The compact housing and sealed ventilation channels protect the inverter from dust and moisture ingress. Microprocessor controllers with the highest parameters ensure efficient operation of the EVERT-X 5.5IVR variable speed compressor. Easy access to settings, a wide range of indicated operating parameters, and effective cooperation with the inverter effectively optimize electricity consumption. The 7" color touch screen (the largest on the market) allows convenient operation of the device. The EVERT-X 5.5IV compressor, thanks to the control panel, enables automatic restart after a failure or power outage in the shortest possible time, thus eliminating costly downtime in your company. The built-in Wi-Fi module offers remote control and 24/7 access via the Internet (also through a phone app), providing full control, instant diagnosis, and security for your plant. Access to compressor control can also be granted to an authorized service, entrusting them with professional care of the equipment. The MAM-6080 and MAM-6090 control panels have a master controller function and allow connecting several compressors, creating a logical and energy-saving device system. Within the MAM controllers, up to 16 devices can be connected.
Communication
The RS485 communication port in the MAM controllers allows not only connection to a computer but primarily enables control and management of the inverter using the Modbus RTU communication protocol. Modbus RTU communication is also used to integrate the compressor's operation with other devices that are part of, for example, a production line. This allows all processes and devices to logically cooperate with each other. It is the most popular communication system used in automation.
