The EVERTHD 3G compressor is equipped with a new generation L26S microprocessor control panel.
This solution allows for easy and clear operation of the device, the system automatically detects operational irregularities and informs by displaying the type of fault.
In case of a threat of compressor damage, it automatically shuts down the device. It informs the user about the compressor's operating mode.

The integrated system allows changing device parameters such as: working pressure, ON/OFF programming, or work time schedule. Remote access provides the ability to configure machine parameters or obtain current system information.

What is a frequency converter and what is it used for?
In general, a frequency converter is an electronic device designed to convert alternating current energy with a constant voltage amplitude and constant frequency into energy with a variable frequency and variable voltage amplitude. A frequency converter is a device used for smooth speed control of electric motors while maintaining their best operating parameters.
The use of a frequency converter in our screw compressors has allowed for very good regulatory properties of induction motors, ensuring, with proper control, full motor torque at low rotational speeds while maintaining constant pressure in the compressed air network with variable outflow.
Each screw compressor with a frequency converter has the ability to adjust the speed in the range of 50% to 100%, and consequently also in this range of efficiency. The stepless speed control system of the compressor is the most economical method of regulation. The main advantages compared to traditionally controlled compressors are lower electricity consumption and maintaining constant set pressure in the compressed air network.
Automatic Condensate Ejector
An essential system in modern condensate management. An electromagnetically controlled check valve based on continuous measurements of the condensate level in the tank opens as needed and causes continuous condensate discharge from the compressed air system without pressure loss.
HOW IS CONDENSATE FORMED?
Condensate is formed during the cooling process of compressed air below the dew point temperature. Water vapour accumulated in the compressed air reaches saturation and begins to condense into water. Larger water droplets accumulate in the lower regions of the system, while small droplets are carried by the compressed air to receivers, threatening the safety of the entire system. In modern compressed air systems, condensate management is standard.
