The tensile strength of ProGlass XKD cutting wire is by 36% higher than of VKD cutting wire. Therefore this square wire is especially good for cutting double beads or extremely wide polyurethane beads. Thanks to its high tensile strength and the excellent cutting ability this wire works also great with cutting systems like the Roll-Out or the Glass Bot.
The wire is held on the plastic spool by a wide rubber band that makes it easy to spool off and cut a required portion while the remaining wire is safely held on the spool.
