RCCS 3 BT with Monitor is the new TEXA kit for calibrating radars, lidars, cameras, and sensors using digital panel images.
It is equipped with a 75-inch 4K resolution screen, which provides optimal visualization of panels, maintaining a 1:1 ratio, in accordance with vehicle manufacturers' specifications.
Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that it does not distort or change the sizes of the original panels.
This way, the workshop can be sure that it is using the most correct and safe solutions, and does not risk altering the vehicle's behaviour on the road.
RCCS 3 BT, in collaboration with IDC5 software, guides the operator, step by step, to the quick and automatic identification of the vehicle. The panel is selected and set on the monitor, without the risk of making a mistake.
Thanks to continuous software updates, which regularly provide new vehicles and panels, as well as essential help cards prepared for individual brands and models of vehicles, the user is assured of performing all operations with the highest precision and manufacturer recommendations, additionally benefiting from exceptional vehicle coverage.
The digitization of panels also allows for significant workshop space savings, needed for storing traditional panels.

The design of the RCCS 3 BT with Monitor kit has been integrated with a Mini PC, which guarantees the use of an intelligent system synchronizing the excellent IDC5 software resources with the TEXA calibration kit.
Panel images are transmitted and positioned automatically according to the vehicle selection made. Their visualization takes place in a linear, safe, and fast process.

Camera calibration, radars, and other sensors have never been so intuitive and fast
RCCS 3 BT is built with a solid main support with electric height adjustment. Thanks to practical knobs, it can be easily tilted sideways and forward.
Additionally, the knob and laser level allow for even millimetre side movements.
Above the device frame, there is an additional laser indicator, helpful in determining the centre of the vehicle by aiming the laser beam at the vehicle's front logo. The transverse adjustment bar is equipped with two rangefinders and a sliding reflector, the latter having a central laser for setting the kit relative to the front radar.
RCCS 3 BT can be easily moved around the workshop thanks to the swivel wheels it is equipped with.
