Device for glass repair, set
The WSR-800 GECKO system is the highly automated and user-friendly solution for perfect stone chip repairs.
In the latest generation 4 of the computer-controlled repair system, the electronics and software have been revised and improved once again. All work steps are integrated into an automatically running program. The new 5.0-inch colour display guides the operator and keeps him informed about the progress of the repair. The process reliability thus achieved enables every employee to carry out a repair without errors and effortlessly – and always with optimal results.

The repair base works with a two-chamber pressure/vacuum system. The outer chamber holds the repair base securely to the surface of the pane with a permanent vacuum. The stone chip is vacuum-sealed via the inner chamber, the resin is filled in and subjected to negative pressure and positive pressure in several cycles. The UV light with high-power LEDs then completely cures the repair in just 45 seconds
