Software ADW software validity period12 month
Index: CDIF/3 CERTADW
Software for diagnostic tester AXES ADW Certification; License extension, for device (model): CDIF/3, software validity period: 12month
Accident Data Analyser enables the reading of parameters related to the course of a road collision, recorded in the vehicle's black box, and parameters related to damages, which include the system time and vehicle mileage at the time of their occurrence. The report generated after the reading can be signed with an electronic signature, giving it legal validity. The combination of black box reading functionality and detailed damage data allows not only for the assessment of the effects and course of the road event itself but also for the evaluation of which damages occurred during the event and which are the result of intentional actions "before and after" the collision.
For whom:
- Police technicians
- Court experts
- Appraisers
- Claims adjusters
- Experts verifying the technical condition of the vehicle before purchase.
A high degree of automation saves time needed for inspections and preparing an expert opinion. For example, after starting the scanning of frozen frames, the user can continue with further vehicle inspections, and upon completion, receives ready-made information summaries in tabular and graphical form.
If you own the NEX System, CDIF/3, or CDIF/3 Expert, it is possible to expand them with ADW functionality.
Certification is a technological process that enables the ADW program to work on diagnostic systems and is performed exclusively at Axes System service, which is confirmed by a certificate. After certification and purchasing the ADW subscription, the diagnostic system will have dual functionality in one device. It will serve both for diagnostics and performing expert assessments of the vehicle's technical condition.
Device certification is purchased once and does not require renewal.
The ADW subscription entitles you to use the ADW program license for 12 months.
The subscription also includes the following:
- Technical support in Polish for system operation and data interpretation, provided by the software creators
- Access to ADW software
- Access to software updates for 12 months.
The ADW program is available exclusively for the Windows system.
ADW Functions:
Black box reading - accident data recording is done automatically in the black box. Available data comes from the very moment of the collision and additionally 5 seconds before the collision. This functionality must be present in all vehicles produced from 2014 for the US market, while in the EU market it is to be mandatory for new generations/models from 2022, and from 2024 unconditionally for all newly produced vehicles. Despite these guidelines, there are many brands in our market that already have this functionality (Audi, Jeep, Lexus, Seat, Skoda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Volvo, and others).
Collected information includes, among others:
- Change in vehicle speed and steering wheel angle
- Depth of accelerator and brake pedal depression
- Status of seat belt sensors, passenger presence
- Sequence and status of deployed pyrotechnic charges
- Changes in longitudinal, lateral, and normal acceleration at the time of collision
- Changes in angular velocity during vehicle rollover, etc.
Reading frozen frames - contain information about environmental parameters recorded at the time of the fault and readings saved from some sensors at the time of the error.
Collected information includes, among others:
- System date during fault occurrence (VAG group)
- System time (Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW Series F and G)
- Conversion of system time to calendar date format
- Ignition time (Mitsubishi, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep)
- Mileage at fault occurrence
- Fault occurrence counter
- Ignition cycle counter with registered fault in memory
- Additional parameters: vehicle speed, engine speed, temperatures, pressures, and many others
- Reading errors that have been cleared and are not visible in the normal fault code reading process
- Reading current parameters from selected controllers, relevant from the perspective of preparing a technical opinion
Generating a document with vehicle data summaries:
- Possibility of electronic signature
- Chronological summaries of all road events recorded in the system memory
- Chronological summaries of all faults registered in the vehicle
- Summaries of body numbers currently recorded with the original ones
- Summaries of installed controllers along with faults
- Summaries of mileage times recorded in each controller (current)
- Ready-made summaries that can be copied and pasted into an opinion, generating time savings of several hours of work.
