EDIA-PRO COMMON RAIL INJECTION SYSTEM SIGNAL ANALYSER

 

In response to our customers' expectations, we offer a system for automatic determination of injection system parameters based on measured waveforms. This makes diagnostics simpler and faster. With the EDIA PRO device, you can quickly assess compression pressure and the starting system, as well as the valve control measurement mode, which significantly expands diagnostic capabilities.

Functions of the EDIA-PRO device:
– Recording injector and pressure waveforms
– Automatic analysis of injection parameters
– Fast electrical measurement of compression pressure
– Quick diagnostics of the battery, starter, and alternator
– Measurement of DRV and SCV/IMV valve control

The EDIA-PRO analyser connected to a computer equipped with a USB port allows for the recording of current changes in four injectors and the signal from the high-pressure sensor on the rail.

Thanks to innovative measuring probes, it is possible to trace the injection signal waveform with minimal invasiveness, without dismantling the injectors and damaging the wire insulation. In this way, we do not interfere with the tested injection system, which is a key condition for correct diagnostics.

The acquired waveforms can be used for accurate assessment and detection of injector, sensor, and high-pressure pump malfunctions, as well as other components of the Common Rail system.

Unlike traditional oscilloscopes, which are difficult to apply in workshop practice, EDIA-PRO offers a simple and user-friendly way of operation, without the need for complicated configuration. The recorded results can be viewed and compared with each other, providing additional possibilities.

EDIA-PRO allows for the determination of exact injection signal times for four cylinders simultaneously and precise observation of pressure changes in the accumulator caused by injector operation.

The additional measurement mode of DRV and SCV/IMV valve control allows simultaneous recording of pressure values and control signals of both valves. Thanks to automatic PWM signal interpretation, the user receives a ready pressure waveform and control signals expressed in %.
