APPLICATION:
Professional, concentrated, non-foaming preparation designed to clean DPF/FAP.
The multi-ingredient formulation enables honeycomb action to remove carbon, soot and ash residues.
It dissolves residual substances and restores the filter to full efficiency.
It leaves no residue after use.
INTENDED USE:
DPF cleaning:
-immersion method
-cleaning gun
-closed loop industrial washers
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Remove the DPF.
Dip the filter into the solution (5%-20% depending on the degree of soiling) in a large enough container.
Leave for 2 to 8 hours (depending on the degree of soiling).
Rinse the filter with clean water and let it dry.
For best results after the immersion method it is recommended to continue washing the filter in a closed circuit industrial machine.
Fill the filter with concentrate (about 200ml)
Place the filter in the washing machine.
Use a bath solution of 2%-5%.
Start the closed circuit wash cycle.
In case of heavy soiling repeat the action.
Let the filter dry after washing.
