Thanks to the PointTeQ tip, the HSS PointTeQ twist drill allows for fast drilling in metal. The self-centring tip enables efficient drilling start as it prevents the drill from slipping. Higher drilling speed results in less heat generation and drill wear. The PointTeQ tip does not dull and ensures high durability. The drill is designed for chip removal and pilot hole drilling in alloyed and unalloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, cast steel, and plastic. The drill is equipped with a cylindrical shank (same diameter as the drill) and is intended for use with stationary drills and screwdrivers.

Thanks to the high flexibility of the body, the risk of drill breakage is reduced, especially for diameters below 6 mm. The black oxidised drill with a spiral groove ensures fast chip removal. The HSS PointTeQ twist drill is manufactured according to DIN 338 standard. It is a type N drill (with a point angle) with a 135-degree tip.
