DRY ICE CLEANING DEVICE IB 10/8 L2P
The IB 10/8 L2P device is the world's first dry ice cleaning device with an integrated function that allows the production of dry ice from liquid CO₂.
It's the ideal solution for quick cleaning, without the complicated logistics associated with purchasing and storing dry ice.
Spontaneous cleaning of machines or vehicle maintenance, cleaning related to production processes or car care using dry ice, until now, was hard to imagine because, for short-term applications, the logistics of dry ice were too costly. The IB 10/8 L2P device has made such a solution more accessible. It is the world's first dry ice cleaning device with an integrated function for producing dry ice from liquid CO₂. When needed, thanks to an innovative process, dry ice pellets are produced from liquid CO₂ – L2P stands for "Liquid-to-Pellet". Since CO₂ can be stored in gas cylinders for an indefinite period, it avoids the time-consuming logistics of dry ice. Thanks to very low compressed air consumption, the need to meet infrastructure requirements has been significantly reduced. At the same time, it fully ensures the benefits offered by Kärcher technology. The IB 10/8 L2P device allows gentle cleaning – even for objects with complex contours featuring cuts, bearings, or protrusions, as well as for heavy contamination such as burn marks. Additionally, the device eliminates abrasives and moisture, which are elements of alternative cleaning technologies, such as hydro-sandblasting.
Ergonomic gun
Quick and easy nozzle change thanks to the quick coupling. The device has integrated lighting. The on/off button is located on the gun.
Intuitive operation
Pressure, operating hours, and service time are visible on the display. The amount of dry ice can be adjusted with one knob. Integrated status display on the screen and support system, e.g., for pressure monitoring.
Safe dry ice discharge
Residual CO₂ is removed through the hose. Safe operation, no contact with dry ice pellets. Automatic trigger lock on the gun.
Compact, portable design
Wheels and handles ensure mobility and safe transport
Possibility of separate storage of all elements. Integrated home base handles.
