Electrode welder 150A
Index: 4.075.200.860.IC
Electrode welder, maximum welding power: 150 A
With the AccuPocket device, a power connection becomes unnecessary: welding with up to eight 3.25 mm electrodes or 18 2.5 mm electrodes can be performed completely autonomously. For welding applications with a larger scope, a small, compact 2 kVA generator is sufficient. All this without any limitations on welding power or arc quality. The state-of-the-art and functional design with the smallest dimensions, light weight, and robust construction make the AccuPocket an excellent assistant on any construction site.

Welding current / duty cycle [10 min/40°C] | 100A / 25% ED (Hybrid) |
Welding current / duty cycle [10 min/40°C] | 40A / 100% ED (Hybrid) |
Operating voltage range | 0 - 91V |
Open circuit voltage | 91.0 V |
Mains voltage [+/-15%] | 52.8V DC Charging voltage |
Dimensions / width | 160.0 mm |
Dimensions / length | 435.0 mm |
Weight | 10.9 kg |
Protection class | IP23 |
Characteristics:
Manual welding independent of mains power supply
- Welding current range 10-150 A (electrode & TIG)
- Ergonomically shaped handle ensures the best mobile handling
- Small, lightweight and portable, 11 kg (with battery)
- Additional TIG functions: TAC & TCS
- Set includes: Welding shield, welding hammer, electrode cable and ground cable
Product features:
APPLICATION INDEPENDENT OF MAINS VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS
Welding sources are available in various versions, adapted to the countries of use, and can therefore also be used in regions with different mains voltage values. Further information is provided locally by the Fronius contact person.
HOT START
To make it easier to ignite the electrode, during ignition, the welding system increases the current intensity for a fraction of a second. The Hot Start function is specially designed for welding with rutile and cellulose electrodes.
SOFT-START
The SoftStart function ensures arc stability at the beginning of welding. It is specially designed for electrodes that are welded with a lower welding current (basic electrodes).
ANTI-STICK
In the event of a short circuit equivalent to the electrode sticking during manual metal arc welding, the welding source is immediately switched off. This prevents the electrode from annealing.
