Electrode welder 200A EXPERT ARC 200 VRD PFC
Index: EXARC200PFC
Electrode welder EXPERT ARC 200 VRD PFC, for industrial use, power phase: one-phased, minimum welding power: 20 A, maximum welding power: 200 A, power supply: 230V
EXPERT ARC 200 VRD PFC
- Inverter welder for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition
- Single-phase power supply
- Allows welding with rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes
- Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current
Features that facilitate the welding process:
ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
ARC FORCE: short circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
- PFC (Power Factor Correction) – increased power factor, 30% lower power consumption from the power grid
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the no-load resting voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in humid environments
- Possibility to use an extension cord up to 100 metres long without losing welding parameters
- Maximum diameter of coated electrode 4.0
- Equipped with a digital display
- Fan cooled
- Overload protection
