MMA Electrode Welder Ideal V-ARC225 

The MMA Ideal welder is a device designed for welding using the MMA method with a coated electrode. The minimum diameter of the welding electrode is 1.6 mm, while the maximum is 4 mm. Single-phase power supply makes it easy to use anywhere.  

The MMA Ideal welder is suitable for welding electrodes for stainless steel, cast iron, rutile, and basic electrodes. It has smooth welding current regulation controlled electronically. This increases the convenience and precision of use. 

MMA Electrode Welder Ideal – Product Characteristics 

The MMA Electrode Welder Ideal V-ARC225 has several functions that make welding easier. 

• - The anti-stick function will automatically switch off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach. It also prevents the formation of the so-called welding arc.
• - The arc force short-circuit current regulation will make it easier to transfer the molten electrode drop to the welded material. This prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool.
• - Hot start makes ignition easier by providing more current during arc ignition. This makes electrode ignition easier.

The MMA Electrode Welder Ideal V-ARC225 is also equipped with a cooling system based on a fan. This function increases its efficiency. Overload protection minimises the risk of failure.
