Electrode welder MMA / TIG DC / TIG LIFT 330A V-ARC 330 IGBT DIGITAL VRD +ACX
Index: V-ARC330
Electrode welder V-ARC 330 IGBT DIGITAL VRD +ACX, for industrial use, power phase: three-phased, minimum welding power: 30 A, maximum welding power: 330 A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG DC / TIG LIFT,
V-ARC 330 IGBT DIGITAL VRD +ACX
- Inverter welder for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC)
- Three-phase power supply
- Allows welding with rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes
- Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current
Features that facilitate the WELDING process:
ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded MATERIAL, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental formation of a welding arc
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc strike.
- ARC FORCE dynamics adjustment in MMA method allows control of arc stability and the amount of spatter, HOT START function adjustment
- VRD (VOLTAGE REDUCTION Device) function - reduces the idle state voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment
- Maximum diameter of coated electrode 6.0
- Equipped with a digital display
- Fan-cooled. Durable metal housing
- Overload protection
