The TECNO ARC 315 DIGITAL is an inverter welder designed for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition. It allows welding with rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes. Electronically controlled, smooth adjustment of the welding current.
A clear digital display allows precise adjustment of the device, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
The welder has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode:
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool.
HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation.
