Electrode welder MMA / TIG DC / TIG LIFT 180A TECHNOLOGY 216 HD
Index: 816206
Electrode welder TECHNOLOGY 216 HD, for industrial use, power phase: one-phased, minimum welding power: 5 A, maximum welding power: 180 A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG DC / TIG LIFT, power supply: 230
TECHNOLOGY 216 HD +ACX+aluminium case - Characteristics:
- Inverter welding rectifier for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding using direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition
- Single-phase power supply
- Allows welding with electrodes: rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron
- Overload protection
- Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current
Features that facilitate the WELDING process:
ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded MATERIAL, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
ARC FORCE: short circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition
- Maximum diameter of coated electrode 4.0
- Fan-cooled
- Over and under voltage protection
- High stability of welding current despite fluctuations in the supply voltage
