CHARACTERISTICS:

 

• EXPERT ARC 400 CELLULOSIC MMA/TIG is an inverter welder for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding using direct current (DC) with touch arc ignition. It allows welding with rutile, basic, cellulosic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes. Electronically controlled, smooth adjustment of welding current.
• A clear digital display allows precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state voltage on the electrode to a safe value.
• Ensures anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment.
• The welder has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode:
  • ARC FORCE - short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool.
  • HOT START - hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
  • ANTI STICK - anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation.
• The device has manual adjustment for HOT START and ARC FORCE functions.
• The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
