Ceramizer is a preparation for the regeneration and protection against wear of friction surfaces in engines and other mechanisms where metal-to-metal friction occurs.
Regeneration occurs without dismantling the devices, during everyday use. Applying the additive to the engine oil initiates the process of forming a ceramic-metal protective coating. The coating builds up on the metal friction surfaces, with particularly intense growth in the most worn areas.
The protective layer eliminates all micro-damages, scratches, and defects. This process can be compared to overlay welding of an additional material layer.
The main benefits of using the Ceramizer GEN-X engine preparation:
1. Provides continuous protection of the engine's friction surfaces and halts their wear processes for a period of 100 to 150 hours of operation. Protection is particularly important if the generator is started frequently and for short periods and operates with variable power.
2. Facilitates engine start-up and completely eliminates dry starts. Provides protection during frequent engine starts (especially in winter conditions, even below -30°C).
3. Protects the generator engine from temporary overheating in the event of sudden load increases by connected machines or devices.
4. Protects against wear of friction surfaces: cylinders, rings, grooves, piston skirts, bearings, crankshaft journals, crankshaft bearings, cam lobes, valve lifters, cylinders and pistons of automatic valve lifters, camshaft bearings, timing chain, hubs and piston pins, oil pump bearings and teeth, injectors (from the oil side).
5. Active nano components smooth out micro-defects and rapidly reduce the friction coefficient of metal mechanisms, thereby improving the lubrication process of the engine's friction parts.
