Pressure/vacuum unit TERMINATOR, computer-controlled repair unit The heart of the system is the Terminator® – a computer-controlled pressure/vacuum unit that can be used anywhere thanks to the battery power supply.
With this innovative laminated glass repair system, a technician can repair all stone chip damage to the highest quality after just a short briefing. Once the injector unit has been installed and filled, the terminator® performs the repair, i.e. the injection of the repair resin into the damaged area through targeted pressure and vacuum cycles, without further operator intervention. In this way, every repair always leads to the optimal result!
In combination with the proven ProGlass injector unit (WSR-150-1N), you get an extremely user-friendly system. After filling the resin chamber, the terminator® is connected to the injector unit via a flexible hose. Select the appropriate program (star, cow's eye or express) on the device and start the repair process. The pressure/vacuum unit carries out the process independently and informs the installer visually and acoustically as soon as the program is completed. After that, the injector unit is removed and the repair is cured and polished in the usual way with cover resin.
The sophisticated program sequence is based on more than 20 years of experience in laminated glass repair and leads to optimal filling of the damaged area without air pockets. This allows you to increase the quality of your repairs while reducing the amount of work required.
