Grease LIM3418
Index: LIM3418
Ceramic grease (50 g) tube, colour: white, resistant to high temperatures (up to 1,400°C), application: brake system with ABS, ESP and ASR
When is Liqui Moly grease useful?
In the mechanical systems of cars, there are many places where high temperatures, loads, and harsh working conditions prevail. Such places require lubrication, but traditional greases would quickly degrade under such conditions. A product for special tasks, such as Liqui Moly high-temperature grease, must be used.
What distinguishes Liqui Moly high-temperature grease?
Liqui Moly grease is characterised by very high temperature resistance, up to +1400°C. Additionally, it is waterproof and acid-resistant. Importantly, the Liqui Moly high-temperature grease does not damage rubber and silicone seals. And because it does not contain metal compound particles, it does not contribute to electrochemical micro-corrosion in lubricated joints.
Liqui Moly high-temperature white grease owes its colour to ceramic particles that are part of its composition. They do not disintegrate under pressure or temperature (like metal compounds) and do not burn like graphite-based greases. This makes the lubrication paste exceptionally resistant.
Liqui Moly ceramic grease – application
Liqui Moly high-temperature grease can be used for the installation of injectors in diesel and petrol engines with direct injection. This prevents the thread from seizing, which will facilitate any future disassembly of parts. Additionally, Liqui Moly ceramic grease is widely used for brake system components. However, it can be used anywhere where elevated temperatures prevail, and lubrication is essential.
