Usage rules:
Before starting work, read the instructions for the device in which the disc will be mounted.
The discs should be mounted in machines designed for this purpose using the clamping flanges provided with the device.
Do not make any changes.
During the assembly of the discs, do not use excessive force and carefully check the cleanliness of the flanges.
Before starting cutting, fit and securely tighten the disc guard so that in the event of damage, it effectively stops fragments of the broken disc.
Check that the angle grinder is working properly and that its speed does not exceed the working speed indicated on the disc.
General rule for transport and storage
The storage and transport of abrasive tools are closely related to work safety and require appropriate conditions.
Abrasive tools should be properly packed to prevent mechanical damage during transport and to protect against atmospheric factors.
Upon receiving each batch of goods, check the condition of the packaging. If it is damaged, notify the supplier and prepare an appropriate report.
Abrasive tools should be stored in rooms with appropriate relative air humidity (about 40-60%) and at a constant temperature of 15-20 ̊C.
