During the installation of grinding wheels, do not use excessive force and check the cleanliness of the flanges thoroughly.
Before starting cutting, put on and tighten the grinding wheel guard properly so that in case of damage, it effectively stops fragments of the broken grinding wheel.
Check if the angle grinder is working properly and if its speed does not exceed the working speed indicated on the grinding wheel.
General rule of transport and storage
The storage and transport of abrasive tools are closely related to work safety and require appropriate conditions.
Abrasive tools should be properly packed to prevent mechanical damage during transport and to protect against atmospheric factors.
Upon receiving each batch of goods, check the condition of the packaging. If it is damaged, notify the supplier and prepare an appropriate report.
Abrasive tools should be stored in rooms with appropriate relative air humidity (about 40-60%) and at a constant temperature of 15-20°C.
