RUPES KR2 MOBILE TURBINE UNIT
The mobile turbine unit KR2 from Rupes is an excellent combination of the efficiency of central extraction units with the functionality of mobile extractors. Additionally, the device is equipped with a system of compartments, shelves, and holders, making it a complete workstation.
KR2 TECHNOLOGY
SINGLE CHANNEL PUMP directly driven by a 1.5kW motor, operates much more effectively than ordinary mobile units of similar power. The special design allows the turbine to operate without failure for up to 20,000 hours.
PTFE FILTER
The device is equipped with a PTFE filter with an area of 1m2. This allows capturing even the finest dust particles (99.9% capture of particles up to 0.3um), and the filter membrane itself is a non-replaceable element. The use of a PTFE membrane filter allows filtering various types of dust (metal, plastic, fillers, epoxies, wood, etc.). The device is also equipped with a filter contamination sensor and a mechanical filter cleaning system. The membrane design also allows for quick replacement of the filter cartridge.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL WITH FILTER CLOGGING SENSOR.
The extraction turbine is equipped with an electro-pneumatic automatic switch-off (depending on the tool used). The panel includes an integrated filter clogging sensor, which informs about the need for cleaning with a green or red colour. The unit is also equipped with a filter with a pressure regulator, necessary when using pneumatic tools.
DUST CONTAINER.
The KR2 is equipped with a dust drop container, which unlike other mobile devices, does not require the use of filter bags. The container is detached and removed through a door at the front of the device. Ordinary plastic bags can also be used.
The rear part of the device is integrated with hangers and holders for Rupes hoses and tools, allowing optimal equipment of our mobile extraction station.
