INDUCTOR XPERIENCE 21 is a revolutionary induction heater used for the rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium using the induction method.
Utilising the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot within just a few seconds to a depth of 6mm. It heats metal to 'red' (temperature approx. 1000˚C) over an area of 25x20mm and a thickness of 6mm in 1 second. By heating only the selected spot, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
Recommended for industrial applications and servicing of heavy vehicles for a large number of mechanical and post-accident repairs, as well as trailer repairs.
It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats metal only in the selected spot to a temperature of 500-600˚C without altering the technical characteristics of the steel.
Power adjustable in increments of 10%.
