The INDUCTOR 1.5 is designed for fast, highly efficient, and safe heating of metal parts. The INDUCTOR 1.5 effectively replaces standard heating methods using combustible gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive plants, and wherever heating of screw connections, bushings, bearings, hubs for disassembly, etc., is required. It is applicable wherever quick use is needed and there is a risk of damaging the area around the heated spot by flame, such as upholstery, paint, rubber hoses, electrical wires, etc. The INDUCTOR 1.5 uses a modern, efficient, and effective method for heating parts, tools before hardening, defrosting, etc.
The device can heat an M20 bolt or nut to a temperature of 800°C in up to 15 seconds. Preparation for use is generally faster than preparing for the heating process using burners with combustible gases. The induction heating process begins after connecting the heater to a 230 V socket, placing or bringing the inductor coil close to the heated part, and pressing the button. The part undergoing thermal treatment is very quickly heated according to individual requirements, even to "red-hot." A white LED illuminates the heated area, facilitating work in dark and hard-to-reach places. Induction coils are easily replaceable and come in many sizes and different types, from round coils with a fixed diameter, flat for sheets, and flexible coils with which we can wrap a part of any surface. For induction heating, a set of coils of different diameters not included in the standard equipment with the device can be additionally ordered.
