Induction heater INDUCTOR TWIN POWER
Index: INDUCTOR 18TWIN
Induction heater INDUCTOR TWIN POWER, voltage: 3x400V, type of cooling: liquid coolant
INDUCTOR TWIN POWER is a revolutionary induction heater used for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium using the induction method.
Utilising the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 6mm. It heats metal to 'red' (temperature approx. 1000˚C) over an area of 10x40mm and thickness of 6mm in 1 second. By heating only the selected spot, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
Recommended for servicing heavy vehicles for mechanical and post-accident repairs and trailer repairs.
It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats metal only in the selected spot to a temperature of 500-600˚C without altering the technical characteristics of the steel.
Power adjustable in 10% increments.
Recommended for:
- straightening shafts
- straightening structural beams
- suspension repairs
- straightening and bending springs
- straightening frames even in heavy vehicles
- work on brake lines
- unscrewing bolts
- dismantling exhaust systems
- dismantling lambda sensors
- dismantling knuckles, beams, and other suspension work
- dismantling shock absorbers
- unscrewing hub bolts and studs
- unlocking rusted elements
- removing old paint and lacquer residues
- hardening steel
