INDUCTOR 3C/E is a revolutionary induction heater used for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium using the induction method.
Utilising the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
Despite its small size and weight (13.5kg), it achieves high output parameters. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for a maximum power output of 3.5kW.
Recommended for every passenger and commercial vehicle service for bodywork and mechanical repairs. Suitable for use in repairs and wheel alignment settings, in tyre replacement points and mechanical workshops. It facilitates the disassembly of blocked screws, nuts, pins, bearings, and other car parts. It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats metal only in the selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C without changing the technical characteristics of the steel.
