INDUCTOR 120 is a revolutionary induction heater used for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals, aluminium, and copper using the induction method.
Using the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected spot, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
It achieves high output parameters. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for a maximum power output of 12kW.
Recommended for production applications, e.g., for repeatedly heating the same parts in a similar timeframe. The device has been optimised for heating copper, enabling the possibility of performing hard soldering.
It guarantees maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats the metal only in the selected spot to a temperature of 500-600˚C without changing the technical characteristics of the steel.
Power adjustable smoothly in the range of 10 - 100%
The timer allows for automatic termination of heating after a specified time.
