Induction heater 12 kW INTER 8/12

INTER 8/12 has been developed with the requirements of workshops in mind, where you need a versatile induction heater that can be applied as quickly as possible in many different areas. The built-in cooling unit and unique boost function (Instant Power Boost System) provide the power and speed of operation, allowing connection to an external water source without the need. The nominal output power is 8 kW, but the output power can be increased to 12 kW for 60 seconds per minute. The device allows for 60 minutes of operation at 8 kW and 30 minutes when using the boost function (normal ambient temperatures). Thanks to the mobile frame, INTER 8/12 can be easily moved around the workshop with quick access to the workpiece and a hose length of 6 m. At a height of just 86 cm, it can be easily stored under a workbench to save floor space. INTER 8/12 connects to the EU standard 400V/16A power outlet or a generator from which no outlet is available. Designed for heating any metals and applications Despite its compact size, INTER 8/12 generates a maximum output power of 12kW and is efficient enough to work with all metals and alloys, including copper and aluminium, but with lower efficiency than steel. No matter what induction heating application you need — e.g., truck frame alignment, nuts, bolts, rods, or even pre- and post-welding heating. INTER 8/12 will solve your problem. Flexible heating tips/inductor for every occasion Like all Alesco induction heaters, INTER 8/12 is a standard heating tip that works in many situations and is our most versatile inductor. However, depending on the situation, other heating tips can be used. For small and tight spaces, a forward-facing heating tip is available, allowing easier access to difficult areas, as well as a flat type. Different heating tips between exchanges are easy and quick. Just unscrew and screw in the one you want to use in a few minutes. Guaranteed ease of use – "plug and heat" INTER 8/12 is ready to operate when delivered directly. With a user-friendly interface, no installation procedures or lengthy instructions are needed. The front panel shows a simplified 10-step power design, as well as overheating indicators. As soon as you start INTER 8/12, it will perform a self-test and take a few seconds, and then it will be ready to run. Place the workpiece and press the button on the heating tip.
