The device perfectly replaces standard heating methods using flammable gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive plants and wherever it is required to heat screw connections, sleeves, bearings, hubs for their disassembly, etc. It is used wherever there is a need for quick use and there is a risk of damage to the area of the heated spot by flame, e.g. upholstery, paint, rubber hoses, electrical wires, etc. The device uses a modern, efficient and effective method of heating details, devices before hardening, for defrosting, etc.
Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using burners with flammable gases. The induction heating process begins after connecting the heater to a 230 V socket, placing or bringing the inductor coil close to the heated detail and pressing the button. The detail undergoing heat treatment is heated very quickly according to individual requirements, even to "red". The LED diode simultaneously illuminates the heated place, making it easier for the operator to work in dark and hard-to-reach places. Induction coils are easily replaceable and come in many sizes and different types, starting from round coils with a fixed diameter, flat coils for sheets and flexible coils with which we can wrap a detail of any surface. For induction heating, you can additionally order a set of coils of different diameters that are not included in the standard equipment with the device.
