BUTTERFLY EVOLUTION is a revolutionary induction heater used for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals using the induction method.
Using the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
Despite its small size and weight (9kg), it achieves high output parameters. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for a power output of 3.5kW for 20 minutes, and the patented tip system allows for quick replacement.
Recommended for every passenger and commercial vehicle service for bodywork and mechanical repairs. For use in repairs and wheel alignment, at tyre replacement points and mechanical workshops. Facilitates the disassembly of stuck bolts, nuts, pins, bearings, and other car parts.
Guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats metal only in the selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C without changing the technical characteristics of the steel.
Power regulation is in the range of 10-100% with an accuracy of 1%.
The heater additionally has a TIMER function, which allows heating in a time range of 0.1-99 seconds. In the range of 0.1s-10.0s, regulation is possible with an accuracy of 0.1s, above 10 seconds with an accuracy of 1s.
It also has an industrial socket for connecting working tips, providing a wide range of applications in bodywork and detailing tasks.
Glass Remover – allows for precise removal of glass by melting the sealing adhesive, eliminating the risk of bodywork damage.
Sticker Remover – effectively removes emblems, markings, and stickers from the bodywork without damaging the paint.
Dent Remover – allows for quick and non-invasive reduction of light dents using the induction method, without the need for grinding, filling, or repainting.
Tips (Glass Remover, Sticker Remover, Dent Remover) are available separately and are not part of the standard equipment.
